Announcement - v5 upgrades to Mindmatrix Bridge - View Assets Configuration
In October 2025, we'll be upgrading the asset configuration page in Mindmatrix.
This view is only available to administrators with access to the Setup section of the product, and right to configure how assets are displayed in Mindmatrix software.
Below are details of what you can expect:
Easier to read and select configuration options for folders
- Add folder name, localization and configure asset type from one modal window
- Easily select multiple asset types
- Configure filter and search preferences in one section
Preview asset configuration options
With the new version 5 update, preview asset configuration
Load previously saved asset configurations
If you are dissatisfied with a current configuration, load your most recent setting
Click the gear icon to quickly toggle to asset configuration settings
You can now easily access the configuration settings without navigating deeply into a different settings section.
Easily review your configuration settings for individual folders
We added color-coded on/off toggle switches to make personalizing these sections easier for users.
Contact, opportunity and other configuration options for recommended assets
If your setup includes recommended assets for users based on an activity they are performing (creating an opportunity, creating a contact or a case) you can now also quickly toggle to the configuration section for these options.
Advanced settings section
You can now find powerful, additional options under the "Advanced settings section". This will ensure you still have access to all of the configuration features without grouping all options into one section, improving ease of use.
