Step 1:
Authorise
HubSpot for Bridge 5.0 by
authenticating to HubSpot from your Bridge 5.0 PRM instance via the available OAuth option on
#setup/crmsettings/addon page.
Click on “Configure” to open the app authorization page
so that the account can be authorised.
Choose an account that needs authentication and click
on “Choose Account”. It will show the permissions needed for the app. Review
them and if acceptable to you, click on
“ConnectApp” to authorise the app to share the data with Bridge 5.0.
Step 2:
Setup the field mapping which will open for both
“Contact” and “Opportunity”.
After the
mapping is updated , please click on “Finish” and the Bridge 5.0 app is
installed in the HubSpot account.
Step 3:
After the app is installed in the HubSpot Account, it will be
visible in the Setup -> Integrations ->Connected Apps section as below
Now the CRM Cards will be visible in the Contact/Deals
section in HubSpot

When the options of Bridge Feed, Bridge Asset and
Bridge Playbook are selected, it will
open the Bridge pages for Feed, Assets and Playbooks.

Step 4:
To uninstall, go to the Bridge User and navigate to #setup/crmsettings/addon page, and
click on the “Deactivate” button.
This
action will deactivate the sync between the Bridge and the HubSpot. No
previously synced data will get affected. You
should also uninstall the OAuth app access from your HubSpot instance by
following the Uninstall
an app instructions.
