Emails notifications in MDF requests
If an MDF fund is allocated to an organization, both the Partner user and the Channel Manager will receive email notifications.
Below are the screenshots of the emails that the Channel Manager will receive with the subject - "MDF Fund assigned to the Organization(s) you manage."
Below are the screenshots of the emails that the Partner User will receive with the subject - "MDF Fund assigned to your Organization."
For MDF request-related notifications:
1. When a partner user submits an MDF request, the Channel Manager receives an email notification with the subject - "Fund is Requested for <MDF_Fund_Name>"
2. If the Channel Manager approves the MDF request, the partner user receives an email notification with the subject - "Fund Request Status for <MDF_Fund_Name> Fund is Approved"
3. If the Channel Manager requires additional information for the MDF request, the partner user receives an email notification with the subject - "Fund Request Status for <MDF_Fund_Name> Fund Requires More Info"
4. If the Channel Manager rejects the MDF request, the partner user receives an email notification with the subject - "Fund Request Status for <MDF_Fund_Name> is Rejected"
