How can I configure a dashboard for Salesforce communities in Mindmatrix?

In order to utilize the Mindmatrix partner dashboard within Salesforce communities, you must have an integration between Salesforce and Mindmatrix.
In order to setup a dashboard, you need to have Super Admin access enabled by an administrator for your account. This can only be enabled by your Mindmatrix administrator.

Step 1 - Configure the channel partner dashboard within Mindmatrix

To start with, you should configure your channel partner dashboard within Mindmatrix. In order to set this up, you can follow these instructions here:
  1. How do I customize my dashboard?
  2. Channel partner dashboard overview
  3. How do I add widgets to my dashboard?
  4. How do I select widgets to add to my dashboard?
Not all widget options will be supportable within Salesforce communities. If you configure thedashboard and notice any widgets are not available, email support@mindmatrix.net to verify you have selected the correct widgets.

Step 2 - Assigning a sales role within Mindmatrix

The dashboard will only be available for users in Mindmatrix that are assigned to the appropriate user group and role. Once you configure the dashboard, assign it to the user group of your choice and ensure the Salesforce integration is set to assign new users to this group.
