How can I create a list of users that unsubscribed from a particular email?

You should review the conditions in the smart list for available options.

In the list section, click on Create.

Follow the creation wizard.

Under the filter for the list, select:

Selected collateral:
Email

Collateral type:
Media (any) or (specific)

Media will allow you to select from the pool of emails sent from the platform.

Select your activity:

Use the unsubscribed from option.
