How can I create a list that segments users by LMS (courses, curriculum, scorm) activity?

The learning management system in Mindmatrix provides courses, curriculum and scorm based testing and certification for users. In order create lists of users based on their LMS related activities, you can create a user-based smart list to segment this information.

In general, you can create user based smart lists to automatically sort users based on activities completed within the platform. These lists can be used to export reports on user activity and to send email campaigns to users.

1. First navigate to the user smart list section.
   
2. Click create to make a new list.
   
3. Name your list or add a filter to sort it in the "Info" tab
   
4. Click next and in the "Conditions" step, select "Learning Management" then select the LMS type - pick between Course, Curriculum and Scorm.
   
5. Drill down on the Course, Curriculum or Scorm option and click Add to create a filtering condition. 
   

Select a status or criteria for the LMS asset such as "Passed" for certifications to create a list of users who passed a certification.

1. Select a time frame or leave the default option selected (No Time Frame).
   
2. Click next to access the "Actions" section (if available). Here, choose to automatically add/remove the user to a User Group, update their User Record Data, or perform another function in the software.
   
3. Finally, click next to reach the notification and to do section. Here you can add an action item or notification that you may wish to receive for every user added to the list (ignore this section if you do not need to create a notification).
