How can I delete user accounts?

We've now removed super admin user delete access to address data integrity issues resulting from unintended deletions. Super admins can still lock out users for access control. For user deletions, please submit requests to support@mindmatrix.net for assistance and our team will delete users for you.
We made the decision to remove the user delete access for super admins. The primary motivation for removing the user delete access for super admins was to address issues related to user data that were occurring as a result of the user deletion process carried out by super admin users across multiple installs. When a user account is deleted, it also leads to the deletion of all associated data, including contacts, campaigns, assets, and more. When identified that an incorrect user was deleted, the restoration of the deleted information can have implications for our policy and database.
How can I deny users access to the software?
Super admins can still lock out the users which will prevent the user from accessing the portal. To lock out a user, select the user on the user list page, and then select lock out. A "lock" icon will appear next to the user.
What if I still want to delete a user?
You can still delete a user at any time. Simply email the list of users in a
request to support@mindmatrix.net. Our support team will be more than happy to assist you with any user deletion requests and provide the necessary guidance.
