How can I review my sales funnel to see what prospects I've converted?

The “Prospect Conversions” chart facilitates coordination between sales and marketing users by allowing marketing users to distinguish between leads that are sales-ready and leads that still need to be marketed to. The chart can be found at the bottom of the marketing dashboard.

Once a User flags a Contact as a possible “Lead”, the platform automatically assigns a designation based on the lead’s Interest Level rating and past interactions:  
  1. A lead that is rated as “Not Sure or other”, would be categorized as a “Visitor”. 
  2. A lead rated between “Medium” and “High” would be a “Marketing Qualified Lead”.
  3. A lead rated between “High” and “Hot” would be considered a “Sales Qualified Lead”.  
  4. Any lead rated “Hot” and above would be considered a “Sales Ready Lead”. 
  5. Any lead that purchased a good or service would be a “Customer”.
