How can I view the roles assigned to users?

In order to keep track of what roles are assigned to users, you can navigate to the User management > Role, Group, Organization Group and Organization sections of the software. As long as you have the appropriate permission level, complete the following steps to review how roles are assigned to user accounts or groups.

After April 24th, 2023 on any organization page, view what role is assigned using the new assigned to column:

Here, you can see what roles are assigned to the organization. If the name of the role does not fit in the page, you can view it upon roll-over.

This same view is also available for User Groups as well as Organization Groups:

You also now can click on any role and edit it to access the "Assigned to" section. This newly added page will show you how a role has been assigned within the software:
