How do I access and share my company's videos?

Accessing Videos


To view all documents currently stored on your Mindmatrix software, go to “Assets” > “Non-Personalized Assets” >  "Videos".


In the Video Gallery section, you can view all documents available to you. You can choose the layout of your gallery using the “Card View” and “List View” buttons.


 If you are having trouble finding a specific video, you can narrow your search by folder or filter, or search for records (if you know the name).

Uploading Videos

You can also upload one from your own system by using the “Upload” button. From there, enter the video name and Embed Link of the video and then click “Save”.



NOTE: Use the following embed link formats depending on your video hosting provider:

 

YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/embed/[insertID]

Vimeo - https://player.vimeo.com/video/[insertID]

Wistia - https://fast.wistia.net/embed/iframe/[insertID]

Vidyard - https://play.vidyard.com/[insertID]


You can find a YouTube embed code by clicking on "Share", and then clicking on the "embed" icon, and then copy-pasting the code:

 



NOTE: The maximum size of item for upload is 25 MB.
