How do I access and use the the accounts widget?
The accounts widget shows engagement levels across all of the accounts (companies) in your database.
The graph sorts accounts by Hot, High, Medium, Low, and Not Sure based on the average interest levels of contacts shared with or owned by you.
The account engagement widget will show a breakdown of what percentage of contacts are in any of the five categories:
- Hot - The greatest possible score
- High
- Medium
- Low
- Not Sure - There is not enough activity to sort accounts in this category
Sort by days (intervals of days) or an exact date:
The account engagement report displays the relative rate of engagement over time and can be sorted by date or interest level:
