How do I add widgets to my dashboard?

Only Channel clients that have the permissions can customize Dashboards for themselves, or their Users. (Note: If you have not assigned this Dashboard to a Role, it will not show for Users. Learn more about assigning Dashboards to Roles: How do I setup a Role and assign it to individual Users or a Group? (Channel/Enterprise)) Updating the dashboard will change the appearance for every user with access to that dashboard. MSP Advantage clients can request access to other widgets available on v4 by talking to their Consultant. This is not included with all plans purchased from Mindmatrix.
Editing access to dashboards for customization is currently only available for v4 and older. To edit your v5 dashboard, please put in a Support ticket or work with your Consultant.

Click on Setup > Dashboard Setting
Note: this may be under a different part of your navigation bar depending on your settings and customization. Contact your Support team or Consultant for further assistance if you can’t find the selection.



In this page, you can navigate to the version of the dashboard you would like to update.


Click on the particular dashboard persona you wish to edit. Select mobile or desktop versions.

Click "Add Widget".


Search for or select all widgets you would like to add. Click Save when you are done.


Click "Save" again on the dashboard page.
