How do I change my MarketNow account email address?

Only for Datto Partners Logging into MarketNow

If you are a Datto partner logging into MarketNow and want to change the email address that you are using to send emails from MarketNow, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Update the email address of your user account in the Datto partner portal

Step 2: Click on the MarketNow tab and login to your MarketNow account. This will create a new user account under this email address within the same organization.

Note: If you do not want to create a new user account under this email address, and only want to change the email address of the existing user account, please complete step 1, then notify support@mindmatrix.net that you'd like to change your email address in MarketNow as well.

When your email address is changed in both Datto partner portal and MarketNow, then you can proceed to step 2. When the email address matches, the single sign on will be connected within the same user account.
