Whenever you add an additional field to your CRM you would like to sync, or experience an issue with data syncing from your CRM to Mindmatrix, the first thing you should do is verify that your fields are properly mapped. "Fields" refer to places in the contact or account record such as First Name, Last Name, or Company Name that you also want updated in Mindmatrix. Here's how you can verify or update your field mapping settings. 1. Click on your user profile in Mindmatrix. 2. Click on the CRM settings icon. 3. Click on the Map fields link. (Note you must be currently activated to map fields.) 4. Navigate to the lead or contact sessions to check which fields are mapped.
Contact tab - These are fields that push TO Mindmatrix. If 'Push' is 'On' and the field is mapped then only it will push to Mindmatrix. |
