Turning on the Social Syndication Option:
Social Syndication provides the option for a company to publish social posts on behalf of other Users based on the category selected. This can help boost lead generation, engagement, and conversions.
If this feature is not available to you, please email support@mindmatrix.net to request access. It may require an upgrade to your plan.
Setting Categories
1. Go to Setup > Asset management >Filter Management> Social syndication categories.
You will be able to see the number of templates associated with this category, along with the number of users who opted for this particular category. Click on the numbers to see more information.
Using Social Syndication
1. Once you’ve turned on Social Syndication, and assigned categories, it will be displayed under the User profile under the Activate Social tab
2. Here, you can change the language preferences and enable, disable and edit the categories.
4. Clicking On/Off will make the social template with that particular category not be displayed under Manage> Social Drip.
5. Clicking on Require Editing will make the social template with that particular category to be displayed under Manage > Social Drip.
6. In an already created Social Syndication, in the Social Director step, you will be able to see the Social Syndication tab. This will show which category has been added to that particular Social Drip. It will also show users who have opted for that particular category to have the same Social Drip run from their account.
