How to create Social Media One-Off PostStep 1: Click to expand Campaigns > Social > Social Posts.
Step 2: Click on “Create”.
Step 3: Activate the social sites. If they are already activated, then select the page or wall where the message needs to be published.
Note: - The message can be published for individual users, multi-users, groups, and organizations.
- Only the Super Admin or Corporate Marketing Team can publish the message for users, groups, and organizations. For the rest, only the tab with the current users will be seen.
- If the message has to be sent to a particular group, only the users who are active in the group will receive the social message. The same condition applies to Organization.
Step 4: Select any media gallery option to select a media to be published or in case if it is just a message, then type it in the message box. Click on “Publish” to publish the message.
The message will be published on all social media sites. You can add variables in this section for messages as well. To add a variable, type it into the message. For example, create a website link to a User's website automatically by typing: Visit our website - ##user.url##. You can add to these links and also include pages. ##user.url##/events/ Please note, that your partners or users must have the same pages on their website for this to work. You can check the post on social sites. Step 5: Click to expand “Campaigns” and then click on “Social Posts”. Then, click on the template. Step 6: Clicking the template gives detailed information about the social one-off.
Information such as which accounts the post was posted, the accompanying message, and also whether the post was successful or not can be easily viewed here.
New Feature: Publish or Schedule Posts for Other Users Extended Functionality: You can now publish or schedule one-off social posts for other users, in addition to your own social media accounts.
How to Use: Use the "Users to publish for" option to search for and select other users. To publish only for other users, remove your name from the "Users to publish for" option. You'll be prompted to confirm if you want to remove yourself and publish for other users only. Clicking "Yes" will publish or schedule posts only for the selected users.
New Organizational Folders: Four new folders have been created to help manage posts: Published (Own & Others) Scheduled (Own & Others) Published (Only Others) Scheduled (Only Others)
