How do I create and share a list of accounts?

Account static lists will allow you to create a list of accounts (companies) associated with contacts in your database.

Click on your list section.
Click on the Account Static List option.

Click create and complete the creation wizard. You can name your list, provide a description and a filter to sort it.

Click next
In the selection page, select all accounts you wish to include within your list.

  1. In this example, we are adding the "Mindmatrix" account.
  2. Click add on each account.
  3. Click the next button/icon.
  4. On the sharing page, decide if you would like to share your accounts with any other user, user group, organization, organization group or to all users (sub-organizations and company). 

Warning: Do not select company unless you wish to share accounts with every user (partner, sales rep, marketing user) in every organization your company manages as well as all internal users within your own company.

  1. Click Finish when you are done with setting up your list.
