A new enhancement has been introduced to the MDF Request page that allows Super Admin users to enable and view active MDF fund statistics, providing consolidated visibility into key fund metrics for tracking allocated, requested, and reimbursed MDF funds.
Access Control and Enablement:
Super Admin Configuration: The option to display MDF statistics is available only to Super Admin users. Once enabled, the statistics become visible to both Super Admins and Partner users within the company.

Navigate to the MDF Request page
Locate the toggle option: "Do you want to display the stats?"
Set the toggle to "Yes" to activate statistics display
Statistics will appear in categorized sections with summarized insights

Total Allocated Funds: Displays the total amount allocated to the organization from all fund plans with display amounts enabled. This metric excludes fixed allocation fund plans where amounts are hidden from organization users and pooled fund plans. Amounts from multiple currencies are automatically converted and displayed in a unified currency for consistent reporting.
Total Request Pending: Shows the total value of all MDF fund requests currently awaiting approval across all fund plan types. The system automatically converts amounts from different currencies to a unified currency, providing clear visibility into the approval pipeline.
Total Approved / Used: Displays the cumulative value of all approved MDF fund requests across all fund plans, with automatic currency conversion to maintain consistency in reporting and tracking.
Fund Balance: Shows the remaining balance available for use from all eligible fund plans. This calculation excludes fixed allocation and pooled fund plans and displays amounts in a unified currency to simplify budget tracking.

Note: This section is displayed only if reimbursement functionality is enabled for the company.
Reimbursement Requested: The total value of all reimbursement claims submitted by users, with automatic currency conversion to a unified display format.
Pending for Reimbursement: Displays the total value of approved fund requests that have not yet been submitted for reimbursement.
Calculation: Approved Requests – Reimbursement Requested
Helps identify approved funds awaiting reimbursement claims
Reimbursed Amount: The total value of claims that have been successfully processed and paid, unified across all currencies for consistent tracking.
Reimbursement Balance: Shows the remaining amount yet to be reimbursed from submitted claims.
Calculation: Reimbursement Requested – Reimbursed Amount
Provides visibility into outstanding reimbursement obligations
