How do I download my exported reports?

A User can choose to download select reports in CSV or PDF formats from inside their portal.

Reports that have been selected to export and download can be found under the, Export Status, option in your navigation menu.
  1. Note: this may be under a different part of your navigation bar depending on your settings and customization. Contact your Support team or Consultant for further assistance if you can’t find the selection.
Go to Connections > Export Status


Click on the top tabs to navigate to the correct section of the Report type


The status will show as Queued and the software will work in the background to process the report for download. This allows a User freedom to work in the portal without having to wait for the report to be finished.


Once done, the status will show Completed. You can click, Download to get the report onto your computer.
