How do I disable to-do notifications from an onboarding playbook?

In Mindmatrix, 'to do' notifications are recorded tasks that users may complete. They can also be sent to users via email or pushed to a recipient user's CRM if their CRM is integrated with Mindmatrix and able to receive tasks associated with contacts or leads. 'To do' notifications are used in playbooks for contacts, onboarding and triggered by smart lists if that notification option is selected.

As a best practice, use to-do notifications to alert your users to activities that should be completed timely.

To-do notifications are enabled by default in onboarding playbooks

For some playbook steps, an administrator may include an activity a user should complete. In onboarding playbooks, that user will receive an automated email about this activity as long as they have the "email" notifications option checked within their user profile.

Since notifications are enabled by default, users can opt to turn these off by unchecking the box at the top of the playbook page:

When users click on any onboarding playbook, they can toggle the automated email to-do notification 'off' from the default 'on' position.
Below is an example of the automated notification sent to users.

Any notification will include a link where a user may access the onboarding task as well as a description of the task as included within the playbook. The name of the playbook and contents of the notification are generated automatically.
