How do I export a list of bounced contacts?

Remember, it is your responsibility to add a clean list to Mindmatrix software. You can regularly review your soft bounced contacts and manually remove or target these in separate campaigns to keep the sender score of the software high. This article will detail how you can export a list of those bounced records.

Remember, you cannot remove hard bounced or unsubscribed contacts from your account. Always start with a clean list!

To view, all bounced contacts from a specific email, go to My Database >> Contacts >> Click on down arrow on right hand corner >> Click on Bounced

After clicking on “Bounced” contacts, you can export the list.

To export the bounced contacts, click on three dots at the right hand corner and there you will get an option of “Export”.

You should then get a confirmation pop up.

To view your download go to connections and then export status.

From there click download.
