Exporting contacts into an excel file Step 1: Go to Connections>Contacts
Step 2: Select the contacts that you wish to export using check boxes on the left had side of the page. (Note, you can use the tabs on the left hand side of the page to narrow your options to a specific category of contacts such as "Leads" or "Inactive Contacts"). Step 3: Click in the vertical ellipses and then select "Export". Step 4: This will bring up the “Export Contact(s)” menu. In the "Select Field(s)", for each tab, use the check boxes to select the information fields that you wish to include in the exported excel/CVS file. Once you have made your selections, click on the "arrow" icon to move to the next section. Step 5: In the "Order Fields" section, use the four directional arrow icons to click and drag the information fields into their desired positions. Give your cvs/excel file a name, and then click "Finish". A notification bubble will appear, providing confirmation that the file export is underway. To check on the status of any current or previous exports, go to Connection> Exports. |
