Access Organization Scoring Setup:
Navigate to the organization scoring menu by navigating to this URL #setup/orgscoring or click on Setup> Scoring> Organization Scoring.
Go to the scoring page, on the Organization Scoring Rules tab click on the 'Create' button to create the rule.
Select the 'Deal Registration' option from the Organization User Activities icon. In this example, we choose the date range for the deal registration, such as between specific dates (e.g., 27th to 31st) and click on the ‘Save’ button.
Go to the ‘Organization Scoring Categories’ tab and click on the 'Create' button. Apply scoring for the created Rule by clicking on the 'Create' button. Drag and Drop the Rule in the conditions table and give the score from the info box.
Apply depreciation settings, category scoring triggers, and organization scoring triggers.
Create an organization list to verify which organizations have registered deals within the selected date range. Go to Setup> Company Smart Lists> Organization Lists
Check the scorecard to ensure the deal registration scores are applied.
Implementing Opportunities Scoring
Go to the scoring page and on the Organization Scoring Rules tab, click on the 'Create' button to create the rule.
Select the 'Opportunity' icon to create a rule. In this example, we used the condition to add the opportunity name.
Go to the ‘Organization Scoring Categories’ tab and click on the 'Create' button. Apply scoring for the created Rule by clicking on the 'Create' button. Drag and Drop the Rule in the conditions table and give the score from the info box.
