How do I make changes in the user profile?

In May of 2023, the user profile in Mindmatrix software was upgraded for all users as part of the Bridge UI improvements.

The new user profile page has several sub-sections:
  1. Personal information
  2. Social information
  3. Company information
  4. Language And Time Zone Settings
  5. Activate Social
  6. Asset Preferences
  7. Achievements
  8. Certifications

Important note: In June 2023, there is a planned update so that admins can hide certain tabs in the sections listed above (excluding personal information, social information as well as language and time zone settings). 

You will also find individual quick links to features or controls:

  1. Check your incentives
    1. As an administrator review the assignment of incentives or check active programs. As a user assigned access to incentives, review available programs.
  2. Configure Add-on
    1. Twilio, Google Calendar, and other available add-ons.
  3. Configure CRM
    1. Integrated CRM settings (when available).
  4. Document Gallery
    1. Uploaded documents or add new documents.
  5. Image Gallery
    1. Uploaded images or add new images.
  6. Security
    1. Enable 2FA or change your password.
  7. Terms of Service
    1. A link to the terms of service.

Personal information


Here, you can update your first name, last name, phone number, and other relevant personal contact details. You can also enable email notifications from this page for automated activity alerts setup elsewhere in your account.



Social information


Here, you can add links to social media sites that should appear in any marketing or sales collateral. As long as templates you use have codes to support these links, they will appear within your content.


Company information

This section contains the address, biographical, or logo associated with your company.


Language and Time Zone Settings



Update your time zone, the date-time format and the language setting of the software. 

Activate Social


In this section, you can:

  1. Activate sending emails during Gmail Oauth to improve recipient open rates for small campaigns sent via Mindmatrix.
  2. Individually activate your Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, and Blog accounts as well as respective page settings where applicable. You can also toggle on settings to be notified of failed posts.
  3. Select preferences for social syndication (this must be configured for your account) to allow the automatic posting of content on your behalf by language and category (topic).
Important note: Social syndication is not available for all programs with Mindmatrix. Check with your individual account manager.


Asset Preferences


Where applicable, select the languages you wish to see assets in. If your library has access to assets in multiple languages, this will configure your display preferences.



Achievements

This section contains any of the badges or certifications earned which you can share on social media.

Certifications

Access any of your completed or in progress certifications to view results (where available).
