How do I order a special pop-up announcement for my portal?
You can purchase a pop-up message for select pages of your portal.
There are limitations to where we are able to place these messages, and under what conditions. The support team will advise you on any limitations as part of setup.
Here is what we need to setup your pop-up:
- Headline: A brief title for your pop-up that will appear ahead of any content
- Content: A description you would like to share with users
- Branding colors: Provide both a background color preference (Hexadecimal format) and a font color
- Preferred Web-friendly font: We may only use web standard fonts (Verdana, Helvetica, Arial, Sans-serif, etc) no custom fonts are allowed
Include the following:
- Should this pop-up appear once for all users?
- Should this pop-up appear every time a user visits this page?
Finally, please include the date that we should no longer show this pop-up.
How long does the process take to setup a custom pop-up?
Once we have your finalized message, branding colors, and other requirements listed above, please allow 2-3 business days for your message to be created for approval.
