How do I order an in-product survey from Mindmatrix?

You can order in-product surveys with Mindmatrix that are counted against your service hours.
  1. Surveys are limited to 3 questions per survey.
  2. Surveys take 3-5 business days to setup for approval.
  3. Submit finalized copy for surveys. You are allowed up to one edit once a survey is configured.
What type of question options can we include?
  1. Free Text
  2. Single Selection
  3. Multiple Selection

Can I change the color and appearance of a survey?
There are some style limitations to the appearance of surveys. You can request a change, but should be advised that we may not be able to accommodate from the default appearance.


What do I need to include in my survey order?
  1. The start and end dates of the survey
  2. What product page the survey should be displayed on
  3. Questions to include with possible answers (if any)
When are results shared?
Results are shared once the survey is completed. It takes approximately 3 days to compile all survey results with user ID data included. Upon request, Mindmatrix may also include immediate results with anonymous ID within a 24 hour period.

Results are shared in a CSV or XSLS format.
