Note: This change will update the fonts and colors for all users in your company as well as organizations (All partner users or other user types) within your company. Be sure to test during a timeframe when you have lower usage within your account or portal. Only admins have access to adjust these settings. If you would like to request access, please contact your company administrator. You can also request help with these changes at support@mindmatrix.net. To personalize the Mindmatrix experience for the user’s in your company with your branding colors and fonts, complete the following steps:
- Login to your Mindmatrix admin user account
- Click on your company profile on the top right of the screen.
3. Click on Manage portal on the bottom left of the company profile.
On click, you will be directed to the following page.
Below are the options you have within your company settings.
1. Primary Colors
"Primary Back Color” and “Primary Fore Color" are used across the board for buttons , icons and dashboard widgets within your user’s accounts. “Primary Back Color” is also used for system email notifications such as smart list notifications, deal registration and MDF.
The Primary Font Family and Style adjust the font on the dashboard.
The primary back color is used for button and icon colors.
Example: Here brown is the primary back color and black (text color) is the primary fore color.
2. Secondary Colors
The "Secondary Colors" are used for some widget’s hover color or text.
3. Tertiary Colors
The "Tertiary Colors" are used for the pop up or “modal” window headers across your company user accounts when users click to complete an activity or action such as sending an email or viewing an asset.
4. Navigation Colors
The "Navigation Colors" are used for the “mega menu” version of the top navigation design.
