Summary reports on the performance of multiple certifications


To access the platform's certification reports summary, go to Reports > Collateral >Certification Summary section.
 

The drop-down menus at the top of the screen provide different options for filtering reports. Clicking on the “Generate” button will populate data below in the chart as well as the User list.


Chart Summary:
1.  Active - The number of "Active" certifications - These are any certifications in use.
2. Total - The "Total" number of certifications available to all users.
3. Taken - The number of times certifications have been taken.
4. Completed - The number of certifications where users reached the last step.
5. Passed - The number of certifications passed by users.

The "Certification Template" section on the bottom of the screen lists the usage statistics of each individual report. You can export this information as a PDF. 


Date Range Filtering in Certification Summary Report

A new enhancement has been introduced in the Certification Summary Report to allow users to view reports based on specific date ranges, providing greater flexibility in analyzing certification data.


New Date Range Options:

A new date range button has been added, enabling users to review certification data for predefined or custom time periods:


Predefined Ranges:

  • Last 7 Days: Quick view of recent certification activity

  • Last 30 Days: Monthly certification performance overview

  • Last 90 Days: Quarterly certification trends and patterns

  • Last 365 Days: Annual certification activity and completion rates

Custom Range:

  • Custom Date Selection: Manually enter specific start and end dates to review reports for any time period

  • Flexible Analysis: Define precise timeframes matching your reporting cycles

Using Predefined Ranges:

  • Select one of the preset time periods (7, 30, 90, or 365 days)

  • Report instantly updates to show certification data for selected timeframe

  • Quickly switch between different periods for comparison


Using Custom Range:

  • Click Custom Range option

  • Enter specific start date and end date

  • Generate report for exact timeframe needed

  • Ideal for fiscal periods, campaign durations, or specific event windows
