How do I start a live chat?
Live chat is only available for vendor accounts or direct clients and is not available for end-user partners. To provide live chat support to end user-partners or clients, please check with your account representative.
In order to use live chat with Mindmatrix, click on the Help section of your portal or access the live chat link.
