The ‘List View’ option has now been implemented on the media side of the playbook. Earlier, this feature was only available on the template side.
You can now view playbooks in the List View mode on the media side.
This enhancement allows you to access and view additional statistics conveniently when the List View is selected.
Refer to the screenshot below for an example:
NOTE: You can apply the steps for only one individual contact at a time.
NOTE: Proceed to the next step after the delay duration is over.
NOTE: The ‘or’ condition states that you may perform either of the steps for the particular procedure.
Feature Update / Overview:
A new enhancement has been introduced, allowing users to add an icon or thumbnail image when using the Asset Object and External Link option while adding a step in a Playbook.
This feature enhances visual appeal and identification, making it easier for users to recognize specific assets within a Playbook.
1. Adding an Icon or Thumbnail to an Asset Object in a Playbook
Steps to Add an Icon or Thumbnail:
Navigate to Playbooks on the platform.
Select Create a new playbook or edit an existing one.
Add a New Step and choose Asset Object or External Link.
Locate the "Add Icon or Thumbnail" option.
Upload the desired icon or thumbnail image from your system.
Save the Playbook step and finalize the changes.
Once added, the icon or thumbnail will be displayed alongside the asset, helping users quickly recognize and navigate Playbook steps.
