Overview: This article describes how to use the playbook feature.
  1. Select the ‘Playbook’ tab.

 


New Feature: List View on the Media Side of Playbooks

The ‘List View’ option has now been implemented on the media side of the playbook. Earlier, this feature was only available on the template side.

Benefits:

  • You can now view playbooks in the List View mode on the media side.

  • This enhancement allows you to access and view additional statistics conveniently when the List View is selected.

Refer to the screenshot below for an example:



  1. select the playbook you would like to view.


  1. You can sort the contact list based on due date, email and score.

 


  1. Use the ‘Search for records’ field to find the required contact.

 


NOTE: You can apply the steps for only one individual contact at a time.


  1. On selecting a contact, the contact feed and information for the selected contact will be displayed.

 

  1. Follow the initial step under the first tab.
  2. Expand the step’s window.
  3. There is an option to edit an email and send to selected contacts or to all contacts.
  1. There is an option ‘Quick Send’’ to send email without editing.


 

  1. Follow Mindmatrix’s email module for sending the asset to the selected contact.

 

  1. A checkmark will be displayed, once a step is completed.


 

Notes

NOTE: Proceed to the next step after the delay duration is over.

  1. Go to the next step and expand its window.
  2. Select the contact.
  3. Select the ‘call script’ icon to launch the same.

 


  1. It is very essential to use the script provided while calling up the contact.
  2. Click ‘Mark Done’, after completing the call.

 



  1. Click ‘personalized script’ icon to access the script for the LinkedIn message.

  1. You can send the script as a message, or a message attached with connection request for the contact.
  2. Click ‘Mark Done’, when you complete the step.
 
Notes

NOTE: The ‘or’ condition states that you may perform either of the steps for the particular procedure.

 



  1. For an overview of how many contacts are ready for any given stage of the playbook, click on the report button.


  1. To look at individual contacts click on the blue hyperlink button.

A new enhancement has been introduced, allowing users to add an icon or thumbnail image when using the Asset Object and External Link option while adding a step in a Playbook.

This feature enhances visual appeal and identification, making it easier for users to recognize specific assets within a Playbook.



1. Adding an Icon or Thumbnail to an Asset Object in a Playbook

Steps to Add an Icon or Thumbnail:

  1. Navigate to Playbooks on the platform.

  2. Select Create a new playbook or edit an existing one.

  3. Add a New Step and choose Asset Object or External Link.

  4. Locate the "Add Icon or Thumbnail" option.

  5. Upload the desired icon or thumbnail image from your system.

  6. Save the Playbook step and finalize the changes.





Once added, the icon or thumbnail will be displayed alongside the asset, helping users quickly recognize and navigate Playbook steps.
