Feature: Earn badges for completion of onboarding and marketing playbooks, courses and curriculum.

Who will be using this?

Admins can add badges for users to earn when they complete playbooks, courses and curriculum.

Benefits: Encourage users to complete activities in order to obtain badges.

Associate a badge with a playbook:

Go to Setup > Asset Management > Playbooks

Select “edit” on a playbook. Go to More > Settings.

Click “Upload a badge” and save the changes.

Associate a badge with a course:

Go to Setup > Learning Management System > Courses

Select a Course. Go to Views > Settings 

Under settings, select the “Upload a badge” option.

The badges tab will be visible within the Image Gallery.

Select the Badge and save it.

View badges earned:

Go to the user profile and click on the “Achievements” tab.

Certification and Badges earned by the user will appear here.

Course Catalog

Click on create the course and edit the assets to course. E.g. Certification, Pdfs and video

Under the Certification tab, once the user pass the certification it will appear under the “Achievement” tab in user profile

Next go to another tab and complete the course. 

Once the course is complete the user is able to earn the badges.

Note: Badges will be earned only after completing the course, curriculum and playbooks.
