What are Concierge Hours, how do I use my Concierge Hours, and what projects are included?
Mindmatrix offers programs to work with our customers each month to make sure that they are growing their marketing efforts through our Marketing and Sales Concierge service.
As part of your service agreement, you may be eligible to work with the Client Services team on various projects related to your marketing efforts.
What are Concierge Hours?
Concierge Hours are given time included in your program costs that allows for the use of our skilled team on requested custom projects.
What projects are included in my hours?
Mindmatrix offers programs to work with our customers each month to make sure that they are growing their marketing efforts through our Marketing and Sales Concierge service.
As part of your service agreement, you may be eligible to work with the Client Services team on various projects related to your marketing efforts.
Concierge Hours project ideas include:
Importing contacts from business cards, excel files or CSV files you provide
Editing existing single email campaigns
Creating campaign emails with the content you provide
Updating landing pages with content you provide
Updating social media posts with content you provide
Exporting reports and setting up and creating smart lists and lists
How many service hours do I have?
Depending on the contract, most Advantage clients have access to 3 or 5 service hours monthly. Check with your Account Manager to determine how many hours you may request monthly.
