How do I use the Users Report page?

The users report records the internal activity of users within the platform as well as the activities of users as they engage with emails you send or collateral or tracked sites you own.
Use the user engagement report to drill down on the activities of users over a daily, weekly and monthly time period. Export this report to 

You can find the Users Report under Reports > User Report.
Note: On the Bridge platform, clients can personalize menu navigation to better suit the specific needs of their Users. Things may be under a different part of your navigation bar depending on your settings and customization. Contact your platform adminsitrator, Support Team or Consultant for further assistance if you can’t find the selection noted.

This graph allows you to review a visual comparison of user activity over time.
User Activities:
A.  Daily/Weekly/Monthly Stats: By default, the display is set to Daily Stats. Like most reports, you can toggle between the following time frames: "Daily", "Weekly", "Monthly"
B. Settings: You can also customize this report based on criteria set using the "gear" icon in the top left. (see note on "Settings" menu below). 


User Report Settings: 
  1. External activities - Display all interactions with assets or tracked sites distributed by or tracked by the software.
    1. For example: If you send a user an email campaign, and they open the email, this will activity will be displayed by selecting "Show emails opened".
  2. Internal activities - Display all interactions within the software by the user.
    1. For example: If the user logs into the platform, this will be displayed if you select "User logins".
  3. Interest levels - Display the Hot, High, Medium, Low interest of users based on activities listed above and set by the User Scoring Model.




User Report Grid-Based View

Beneath the graph summary, review a grid-based report.
User Report Grid View settings: 
A. Search User Records (by key word)
B. Export User Records (as a CSV file) 
C. Sort Records (by Username, by engagement score, ect.)
