How do I view a report of my social media posts?

It is possible to personalize navigation menus within Mindmatrix software. If you are unable to navigate to the correct page, contact your platform administrator.

Note: Social media reporting in one account cannot be viewed by other accounts. These reports are unique to your user account.

Instructions:

1. Go to Reports > Campaign Reports > Social Post Report

(May be titled "Social One Off Report" in some instances.)

2. "Stats and Activities" graph will display all social media posts "posted", "liked", "commented" and "shared"

Click on the bars to display the data associated with each one.

3. "User-wise Social One-off Posts Report" will display a table of users you have access to and their social media post activities.
