How do I view a report on the best time of day to send emails?

It is possible to personalize navigation menus within Mindmatrix software. If you are unable to navigate to the correct page, contact your platform administrator.

Feature:

The Best Time of Sending report has been added to the Email Summary Report to give additional information on when your email campaigns are most successful in order to suggest when to send future emails for best performance.

 

Who will be using this?

This can be used by any User usually a Marketing User.

 

Benefits:

This will help the Marketers to send email campaigns at optimal times to reach their audience.

  

To view this report go to  Reports > "Email Summary Report”. 

Note: If you have custom navigation, it may be located under a different menu. You can add the following after your install URL to find the report:  /#communicate/email/report/summary


Based on the time when most emails in the selected group of emails in the report were OPENED it is considered "Best Time for Sending". The time of day is displayed for each day, then the top number is the maximum unique opened for the day at that time over the count of total emails opened on that day. 

 


 

In the break down report, this is how the following numbers work:

 

1. This is the count of emails opened on Wednesdays between 8 am to 9 am (the block of time highlighted).

2. This is the count of all emails opened between 8 am to 9 am on all days (the time of the block highlighted, but across all days of the week)

3. This is the count of all emails opened on Wednesdays between 12 am to 11:59 pm (Emails opened on the day of the week of the row)
