How do I view a usage report on an email template?
To access the Template gall click on Setup > Asset Management > Templates.
From there, click on the "Template" tab and then click on either the "Usage", "Sent", or "Score" hyperlinks for a given template.
The Usage Report page:
A. Stats and Activity: The Status and Activity graph shows template's user popularity and contact respsonse rates.
B. Number of total and (unique) opens: Clicking on the "Emails Opened" or "Links Clicked" hyplerlink numbers will open a User or Contact list respectively.
C. Usage ratio (by User account).
D. Usage (by each User)
