How do I view accounts?


It is possible to personalize navigation menus within Mindmatrix software. If you are unable to navigate to the correct page, contact your platform administrator.

Known Contacts - Those are added to the Mindmatrix account.


Anonymous Contacts -  Those are unknown leads who visited your website, social media links, or other online trackable collateral.


Feature:


Mindmatrix will attempt to record company details associated with an anonymous lead in order to enable you to follow up and identify them. Anonymous lead data is also recorded to tell you the probable origin or identity of a contact. 

Where to find them:


To see the Known contacts, Click on Connections > Accounts > Known.





Click on the numbers in front of different company names under the Contacts column to see the contacts.




For a more detailed understanding of an account's background within the system, users have the ability to uncover the 'Origin' information. This feature is accessible simply by placing your cursor over the name of the account in the displayed list. A tool tip will then appear, providing a quick snapshot of the account's origins, such as the method of creation or the source from which it was imported. This tool is particularly useful for gaining immediate context without the need for navigating away from the current screen or through multiple menus.


You can view the 'Origin' of the account by hovering your mouse over the account name.

A window will open showing the contacts under that company, Know, Anonymous and All contacts.



To check the anonymous contacts, select the Anonymous tab and then click on the number of contacts for a particular company.

On the Accounts page, we have introduced a new option to bulk delete all accounts. Upon clicking on the ‘Bulk Delete’ option, a pop-up window will appear with two options: "Delete Account(s) & Contact(s)/Deal(s)" and "Delete only Account(s)."


By selecting "Delete Account(s) & Contact(s)/Deal(s)," all accounts, as well as their associated contacts and deals, will be deleted. If you choose the "Delete only Account(s)" option, only the accounts will be deleted.


Delete Account(s) & Contact(s)/Deal(s):

  • Selecting this option will delete all selected accounts along with their associated contacts and deals.

  • Use this option if you want to completely remove all related data for the selected accounts.

Delete only Account(s):

  • Selecting this option will delete only the selected accounts.

  • The associated contacts and deals will remain in the system.

  • Use this option if you want to keep the related data for future reference or reassignment.


The bulk delete feature provides a streamlined way to manage and clean up account data. By offering options to delete accounts along with their associated contacts and deals, or just the accounts themselves, users can tailor the deletion process to their specific needs.

Important Notes:

  • Irreversible Action: Bulk deletion of accounts is irreversible. Ensure you have selected the correct accounts and reviewed the associated data before confirming the deletion.

  • Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary permissions to perform bulk deletions. Some user roles may have restricted access to this feature.
