How do I view anonymous web leads?

It is possible to personalize navigation menus within Mindmatrix software. If you are unable to navigate to the correct page, contact your platform administrator.

Anonymous contacts are unknown contacts who visit your website, social media links, or other online trackable collateral.
Mindmatrix will attempt to record company details associated with an anonymous lead in order to enable you to follow up and identify them. Anonymous lead data is also recorded to tell you the probable origin or identity of a contact.


Instructions:

  1. To view your anonymous leads, you will need to view your External Website Reports. Go to “Manage,” “External Tracking,” “External Sites.”



  1. Click the URL for which you would like to see the report. 



  1. To narrow down the data, click “Views,” “Contacts” to view contact data. 



  1. Choose from the tabs to determine the type of lead you would like to view, such as “Anonymous Contacts.” Anonymous Company Leads will show you the probable company origin. Anonymous leads - We will show you the lead details with no probable company origin.
