How to export all contacts?

There are two ways to export all the contacts: 1) Contacts Section, 2) Smart lists. Both the ways are mentioned below in detail with screenshots. Please feel free to reach out to support@mindmatrix.net for any assistance.

1) Exporting all contacts directly:

1. To export all contacts, go to “My Database” and then click on “Contacts”.

1. Under the “All” tab, click on the 3 dots icon and click on “Export”. Note – Do not select any contact.

1. After a pop-up appears with the heading Select Field(s), click on “select all”.
   

1. Click on Next, in the Order Fields, fill out the name of the list and click on “Finish”.

1. Go to “My Database” and click on “Exports”. Check the status of the exported file. Once completed, you can download the file.
   

2) Exporting the smart list “All Contacts with Email Address”:

1. To export all contacts under smart list “All Contacts with Email Address”, go to “My Database” and then click on “Contact lists”.

1. Go to “Smart Lists”.

1. Select the smart list named “All Contacts with Email Address” and click on the 3 dots icon and click on export.
   

1. After a pop-up appears with the heading Select Field(s), click on “select all”.

1. Click on Next, the Order Fields window will help us in re-arranging the columns to be exported in the CSV file.
   

1. Click on “Finish”. Go to “My Database” and click on “Exports”. Check the status of the exported file. Once completed, you can download the file.
