Note: The Dynamics CRM integration option needs to be enabled for your company before proceeding with the integration. Please request this at support@mindmatrix.net if it is not visible in your account. Only users with permissions to configure the CRM integration such as admins will have access to the below steps once it’s enabled.
Go to your user profile and click the icon “Click here to Configure CRM”.
The page to configure CRM will now be visible. Click on the “Configure” button to the right of the CRM you’d like to configure. In this case “Dynamics CRM”.
After clicking on Configure, the module to connect with MS Dynamics will open. Enter the credentials for the integrator user.
Enter the Directory ID (Tenant ID) and Resource URL. Click “Save”.
Note: To retrieve the Directory ID, select the quick link “How to get Directory ID”. This will take you to the page to access your Directory ID.
For reference, here are examples of a resource URL and directory ID below.
Resource URL Example: https://yourwebsite.crm.dynamics.com
Directory ID Example: xa000cab-xx60-4xx0-a6s0-xxxxxxxx
Once the Directory ID and Resource information is saved, the sync setting page will be displayed. On this page, select the pull/push settings for each object as needed.

If you do not want to push or pull data for a particular object, you can disable the push/pull option for that object.
Once the sync settings are updated for objects in use, you can click on the Next option and move to the field mapping page.
Map the Mindmatrix fields with the Dynamics CRM fields as needed.
Once done, click on finish and the setup process is complete. You will be able to see the below screen once the configuration is complete.
