
A note on Playbooks:
To create a template, go to the ‘Setup’ tab, then from the ‘Asset Management' section, select ‘Playbook Templates’. In the playbook template gallery, select ‘Marketing’ and then click ‘Create'.
Note: On the Bridge platform, clients can personalize menu navigation to better suit the specific needs of their Users. Things may be under a different part of your navigation bar depending on your settings and customization. Contact your platform administrator, Support Team or Consultant for further assistance if you can’t find the selection noted.
At the top of the screen, you can set the Playbook’s header, banner image, and color scheme. You can use the ‘Banner Preview’ button to see how this will look to the end-user.

Banner/Header sections:

To begin adding content to your playbook, click on the “Add Tab” button.
Select “Step Action” or "Embedded Asset" and then click “Go”


To create a new step, type in the step’s name and description and then click “Add”.

From the ‘Add Asset’ section, you can add the assets that a user might need to complete the task.
The ‘Internal Action’ node has now been added to the Marketing Playbook. Previously, this action was only available in the Onboarding Playbook, but it is now accessible in the Marketing Playbook as well.
Using this action, you can:
Create contacts
Import contacts
Create opportunities
Update profiles
Activate social profiles
Register deals
Update business planning
Update organization profiles
Generate email tracking codes
Send emails
Publish social posts
Set up email drips
Use/access Marketing Playbooks
Use/access Journeys
Use/access Sales Playbooks
Search for assets
By selecting the ‘Target’ dropdown, you can choose how these actions should open in the playbook. There are three options:
Open in Modal
Open in Same Tab
Open in New Tab

A new option to associate Marketing Funds with the Marketing Playbook has been added. To enable this feature, please send an email to support@mindmatrix.net, requesting activation of the feature.Once enabled, you will see the option to associate marketing funds while creating the marketing playbook. All available funds shared with your account will be visible, but please note that only one fund can be associated at a time.
Steps to Associate Marketing Funds
Accessing the Playbook:
Navigate to the "Playbook" section within the Marketing module of your dashboard.
As shown below, you will find the option to add Marketing Funds (Associated MDF) during the setup process.
Click on the dropdown arrow next to "Marketing Fund" to view the available options.
Choose the relevant fund you wish to associate with thePlaybook.
On the media side, you will be able to view the details of the Marketing Fund associated with the playbook.
Tracking Pending and Completed Actions in the Playbook: In addition to the fund details, you can track pending and completed actions in the playbook.
By clicking the "Overview" button, you will see the current status of all actions linked to the playbook, as illustrated below:
Pending Actions: Displays the tasks that are yet to be completed for the marketing playbook.
Completed Actions: Shows all the tasks that have been completed so far, offering transparency on progress.
Clicking on any action will take you directly to the step where the asset is added.

Final Notes
You can only associate one fund per playbook.
