You can generate custom content, ask questions and add prompts to the email templates using the Bridge AI powered by ChatGPT

How to use AI to generate email content
Navigate to Setup > Asset management > Templates > Email
If you wish to create a new email template, click on the Create button
- On the 'Input' Based popup, click on the Go button
- Give a name to your template. Additionally, you can add a description and filters
- Click next until you are on the Editor page
- Add the subject to your email
Bridge AI can only be used on the text objects in the email body
While you are in the editor, add a text object. If you click on the text object a popup will appear on the left-hand side
Ask questions to the AI to generate the content:
Once the answer is generated, you can:
- Regenerate the prompt
- Save the prompt for future use or reference
- Add the generated prompt to your text object
- Edit the prompt to add your custom message to it
- Refine your prompt to change the way it reads
- Copy the prompt and paste it manually wherever you like on the email template
Save the template to make sure your work is not lost. Once everything is completed, save and click on the finish button to exit the template.
If you wish to copy an existing template
- Navigate the Setup > Asset Management > Templates > Email
- Copy and existing email
- Open the copied email template
- Update the name and proceed to the Editor page
- Click on an existing text object to select the AI option
- Generate a custom prompt and add it to the text object which will replace the existing content
- You can also choose to copy the prompt to paste it manually
- Save your template and click on the Finish button.
