How to use the Opportunity First Import feature

It is possible to personalize navigation menus within Mindmatrix software. If you are unable to navigate to the correct page, contact your platform administrator.

Opportunity First Import

Feature: 
This feature will display a checkbox when the opportunity import has completed initial processing. 

 

Who will be using this? 
Administrators

 

Benefits:
Admins can see when initial import is complete and check results of any tests.

 

Process:
When completing a CRM integration, leave this box empty. 

  • check back by visiting CRM Settings -> select your CRM setting.

click name to edit

  • in the top right hand corner - click on Sync Settings

Sync Settings

  • in the top right hand corner - click on Sync Settings, see that first import is now checked. This means it has finished processing records.
