Introduction to the "Based On" Field
The "Based On" field in the MDF Summary Report provides three options for viewing data:
Requested On (Default): Displays data based on the date the MDF request was created.
Sanctioned On: Displays data based on the date the MDF amount was sanctioned.
Reimbursed On: displays data based on the date the MDF amount was reimbursed.
These options enable users to focus on specific stages of the MDF process.
Using the Date Range Filter
The date range filter allows users to narrow the data displayed in the report. The available options are:
Today: Displays data for the current date.
Last 7 Days: Displays data from the last seven days.
Last 365 Days: Displays data for the past year.
Custom Range: Allows users to select specific start and end dates for detailed analysis.
Last Month: Displays data for the previous calendar month.
Navigate to the MDF Summary Report:
Access the report from the designated reports section or visit this URL: #mdf/mdfsummaryreport
Select the "Based On" :
The default option is Requested On.
Change the selection to Sanctioned Reimbursed On, depending on the analysis required.
Set the date range:
Choose a predefined range, such as "Last 7 " or use the Custom Range option to input specific dates.
Generate the report:
Click the Generate button to view data based on the selected parameters.
