How do I use the MSP Advantage Dashboard?

Welcome to the MSP Advantage Program! Here's an overview of what's included in the MSP Advantage portal dashboard.


1. Web Banner - Welcome web banner for the MSP Advantage Program.  You can access all the assets and links provided by Mindmatrix from this toolbar.



2. Your Profile - Navigate to your user profile on the top right of the screen. Here you can:
  1. Update your user and company profile with your latest information and branding standards.
  2. Activate your social media accounts in your user profile.
  3. Download the desktop plugin for Microsoft Outlook, the Google Chrome extension for Gmail.

3. Company Managers, Summary, and Quick Actions

  1. Your Company Manager: Quick access to your Mindmatrix account manager or the support team for additional help and support.
  2. Summary: The summary column provides some quick views of your latest Hot Leads and Hot Accounts, as well as your New Opportunities and Revenue.
  3. Quick Actions: These quick links give you access to some of the key features within the MSP Advantage platform.


4. Onboarding - Get started in the MSP Advantage Program. This will help you keep track of your onboarding with us. Once complete, you'll have access to monthly call activities and resources as well as training.



5. Activities and Tasks - This tab allows you to see the currently assigned tasks as well as the additional activities you should be completing to stay on track with the program. Don't have any tasks or activities here? Request your MSP Advantage Goals Workbook to be integrated from your monthly sessions with your consultant. You can request it from support@mindmatrix.net or ask your consultant in your next meeting.



6. Lead and Account Engagement - The  "Lead Engagement" and "Account Engagement" tabs display your contact activity over time in addition to their lead scoring level. 

7. Opportunities Impacted - This tab shows opportunities you've logged or synced from your CRM and how they are impacted by your marketing efforts.
  1. Direct - This means that you have a contact associated with an opportunity that filled out a form in one of your campaigns in the platform.
  2. Influenced - This means that you have a contact associated with an opportunity that has been receiving campaigns from the platform.


8. Assets & Campaigns In a Box - This widget gives you an overview of the content available in your account. Access assets by keyword search or category on the left. Click to view actionable campaigns on the right with pre-packaged content on different topics in your industry. These prepackaged campaigns allow you to easily set up an email or social drip right from the home page.


9. Sales Playbooks Select "Sales playbooks" to view and take action on leads that are ready for the sales process. This will give you a step by step guide on how to follow up with your leads.
