New User Account Setup process

Upon creating your user account, you'll receive your username and a temporary password through email. Access your portal via the provided URL using these credentials.

Upon successful login, you'll encounter the following steps:
1. Terms of Services (TOS):
   - Read and agree to the terms by checking the "I Agree to the terms of service" checkbox and proceed by clicking "Next."




2. Password Settings:
   - Navigate to the Password Settings tab to change your password. Enter the temporary password received during account creation, then enter your desired new password.

   - Re-enter the new password for confirmation and click "Save Password" to set it for future logins.

3. Time and Language Settings:
   - Select your preferred TimeZone, Date Format, and Language. Click "Finish" to confirm.

   This TimeZone will be used for scheduling activities within the portal.
   You can modify TimeZone and Language later via your User profile page.


After completing these settings, you'll be redirected to the Welcome page. Click on "Let’s Go" at the top right corner to access the Self-serve modal.


Here, update your profile details, such as adding a profile image, activating social media accounts, etc., under the User Profile section. Additionally, enable 'Email Notifications' to receive updates about activities in your account.
