How to create Organization field-based Goals?

Submit a request to support@mindmatrix.net to enable the Organization field based Goals option in your portal.
Once you get the Organization Goals access follow the below steps to create an Organization Goal for your Organization:

1. Navigate to 'Setup' > 'Organization Goals' and click on the 'Create' button to create an organization goal.


2. Fill in the mandatory info such as the Names of your goal and click on 'Next'.


3. Select an organization field where you want to add goals and click 'Next'.

Please note, that we can only add goals for Currency and Number type Organization fields.

4. In the Assignment tab, assign the goal to Organization / Organization Groups / Companies. Click on 'Finish' once done.


5. Go to the Organization to which the Goal is assigned by navigating to Setup > User Management > Organizations.


6. Search and open the organization.
      
7. Click on 'More' > 'Organization Goals'


8. Click on the goal to add the goal to the organization.


9. Enter the goal value for that organization and click on the 'Save' button.


10. You can check the organization's goal achievement by clicking on 'More' > 'Report'.
