There are many options to create
organization smart lists in Mindmatrix. Below outlines the options available
for the condition filters within the organization smart list.
Organizations can now be filtered based on the LMS completion status of their users.
This helps organizations identify training gaps and ensure partners and employees complete required courses.
Steps to Apply LMS Conditions in Organization Smart Lists:
Navigate to Organization Smart Lists.
Click Add Condition and select "LMS Completion Percentage.".
Choose from Any Course, Any Curriculum, or Any SCORM.
Set the completion threshold.
Apply the filters and save the smart list.
This enables better tracking of training progress at the organizational level.
Previously, the Organization List did not have conditions to filter users effectively. Now, new filtering options have been introduced, allowing organizations to be segmented based on user-related data.
New Filtering Conditions in Organization List:
Organization User Engagement Status: Filter organizations based on user engagement levels.
Organization User Activities: Segment organizations based on user interactions and activities.
Organization User Record Data: Filter based on user records within an organization.
Organization User Additional Data: Segment organizations based on supplementary user-related information.
Organization User Contact Custom Data: Identify users that have been converted from contacts.
Navigate to Organization Smart Lists in the platform.
Select Create New Smart List or edit an existing one.
Click Add Condition and choose from the new filtering options:

Define the specific criteria for each condition.
Apply the filters and save the smart list.

Click Save to finalize your setup.
