Feature Update / Overview:
A new "Sync with CRM" condition has been added to the contact smart list, email drip , and contact scoring. This enhancement allows users to filter, segment, and prioritize contacts based on their CRM synchronization status.
With this condition, users can select:
Contacts that are synced with the CRM.
Contacts that are not synced with the CRM.
This update improves contact management, scoring, and email automation targeting.

Users can now filter contacts in Smart Lists based on their CRM sync status.
This allows better segmentation of contacts, ensuring only the right audience is targeted in marketing and sales efforts.
Steps to Use the CRM Sync Condition in Smart Lists:
Navigate to Contact Smart Lists.
Click Add Condition and select "Sync with CRM.".
Choose Yes (Synced) or No (Not Synced).
Apply filters and save the Smart List.
