This document details what is included in an accelerated setup and what you can expect.
What is an accelerated setup?
An accelerated setup allows our team to integrate your Mindmatrix account with a third party application with just the basic features enabled.
Accelerated setups with CRM integration
For any CRM integration, basic features include:
- Standard fields for opportunities, leads, and contacts
- A bidirectional sync with a standardized data flow between Mindmatrix and the third-party CRM
Accelerated setups do not include:
- Custom development to support additional features or functionality
- Advanced workflow customization within Mindmatrix to support specific business use cases
- User acceptance testing beyond basic use cases
What are the advantages of an accelerated setup?
Launch faster. With this setup process, you can deploy your portal to users sooner.
Take additional time to plan for additional resources or consider options to add-on to your account.
If I choose an accelerated setup, do I have the option to add-on more functionality later?
Yes. As log as the additional functionality is outlined in your agreement or an additional scope, you can always work with us to apply more functionality support to your integration.
To do so, schedule a support call with our team so we can review and schedule a kick off for phase II of your implementation. This phase II will include a new project timeline as well as any additional information we may need from you to add these features onto your account.
What is a phased setup?
Very often, clients will choose to complete their setup in phases.
Each phase is defined by the project timeline and the scope of your project as well as mutual agreement with Mindmatrix on what is most important to your implementation.
Phase 1
This includes your product launch where end-users are able to login and complete most tasks within the portal.
Phase 1.5 to 2
Depending upon the size and scope of additional features expected, Mindmatrix will work with you to create and initiate additional functionality. As with phase I, your project manager or main point of contact will communicate the timeframe with with you. In particular, if it includes custom work the technical team at MM will need to work with your project manager to share these details with you before a full understanding of the work can be committed.
